Over the past 48 years Mike has developed skills in fields ranging from electronics and programming to residential construction and mechanics. In his younger years he worked in such fields as welding (he holds an Alberta 1st class journeyman's ticket), photocopier repair for Xerox and others, electronic repair, carpentery, painting and more. Mike is also a sculptor, jeweler and maker of fine furniture. When asked “What do you do?”, the usual response is “I'm whatever I need to be at the time.” Mike is currently working on this project full time.

Currently, the only other official member is Conrad (Bart) Senior. An electrical engineer and retired US Air Force officer. Conrad is currently semi-retired and works part time as a sailing instructor in Norwalk Connecticut.

There are also several unofficial team members/advisors, some of which cannot be named due to their positions with various companies and educational institutions.
